Head of Prof Services - Dublin

📍 Location: Dublin, Ireland
💰 Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 (DOE)

The Role:

As Head of Professional Services, you will:
✔ Build and lead the Professional Services team.
✔ Manage IT projects spanning cloud migrations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity ect.
✔ Oversee client proposals, proof of concepts, and project execution.
✔ Work closely with senior leadership to shape service delivery.
✔ Directly manage a small team of 3-5 technical professionals.
✔ Act as a hands-on leader, stepping in on technical projects when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 7+ years experience in IT project management, ideally within an MSP environment.
🔹 Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, network infrastructure, security solutions, and IT architecture.
🔹 Previous experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
🔹 A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment
🔹 Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
🔹 A Level 3 Technical Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
